Kevork Manugian

Kevork is a highly accomplished wind instrument performer, specializing in the clarinet and saxophone. He graduated from the prestigious Hamazkayin Parsegh Ganachian Conservatory in 1994, where he honed his skills as a wind instrument interpreter, with a focus on clarinet and saxophone performance in Aleppo.

Throughout his distinguished career, Kevork has performed with numerous renowned orchestras, including the Hamazkayin Estrada, the Parsegh Ganachian Chamber Orchestra, the A.G.B.U. Big Band, the Swiss Syrian Jazz Band, and the Canadian Arabic Orchestra. His musical contributions have also extended to the Syrian television industry, where he has played a key role in the composition and arrangement of several TV series soundtracks.

A passionate advocate for music within the Armenian community, Kevork is a co-founder of the Kilikia Band in Toronto and has been deeply involved in training the Homentmen Toronto Scouts Marching Band. He has also participated in and contributed to various Armenian community events, further solidifying his reputation as a dedicated and influential musician in both local and international circles.
