Diroug Markarian (Didi)

Diroug Markarian is a multifaceted individual—an accomplished author, poet, educator, and music lover—whose diverse career reflects her deep commitment to both the arts and education. With a distinguished background in Armenian literature, she graduated with honors and has taught in various countries, including Syria, Armenia, Lebanon, and Canada. Her outstanding contributions to education earned her the title of “Best Teacher” in Yerevan, a testament to her dedication and passion for nurturing young minds.
In addition to her literary work, Diroug is the author of Pourasdan, a children’s poetry book that further highlights her love for storytelling and poetry. Her affinity for music also plays a central role in her life, guiding her current role as manager at La Majeur School of Music.
