What to expect:
Spend your summer making music! LMSM summer camps are for all musical levels. Campers will enjoy singing together, drumming/ rhythm time, composition, musical crafts, and much, much more.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child bring to camp?
- 2 snacks + lunch (must be nut-free)
- Water bottle
- Paint smock or old t-shirt
- Outdoor gear for the weather; campers will play outside, rain or shine
- Sunscreen
- Hat
Does my child need to know how to play an instrument?
Nope! This is an inclusive, all-levels environment. Campers will be taught songs and music using their voices and other rhythmic instruments.
Will my child learn how to play an instrument?
Campers will be exposed to multiple types of instruments through listening exercises, books, instructor performances, and more. While the purpose of the camp isn’t to learn one specific instrument, many children come away with a very clear idea of which instrument they’d like to study.
Where will the campers play outside?
Aside from musical nature walks, campers will play at Vradenburg park.
What if our summer plans change and I can’t send my child to your camp for the week they’ve registered?
You’ll have the option to switch to a different camp week, providing we still have space, or get a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee up until 28 days before your camp begins. If you are canceling withing 28 days of the first day of camp, you’ll still have the option to switch camps, providing we have space.
